Feel It

Lighting struck all around, as your lips parted
They made way for a smile and countless hearts were lighted….
Rushing like the monsoon wind, you just swept by
I was lost in a heavenly scent, as you let your hair fly….

They fell over me like raindrops, cold yet full of life,
Urged to lift you in my arms, I was just for a while….
As you turned to lift them, your eyes met my sight
It seemed like a sunny day, at ten in the night….

What lies behind those shades, wondered I
Warily I lifted mine, to look you in the eye….
You held back your hand, as they were not to meets
Dumb as I was, I dropped the book @ your feet…..

Lifting it with a giggle, you said in the sweetest tone
“Will you lend it to me, once you are done”….
I could just mumble, “Yes..s, the book why not?”
“No dear your eyes, the gift I never got….”

Looking at you again, lost for words
God gave you so much beauty, but for the worse….
Yet you smiled, and just walked away
As if you were telling me, to live life in happy way….

Yeah life is so precious, but your eyes are the gems

Love....

Like a Sudden shadow, coming through my past,
You were the sunlight, oh one of the Last..
As soon as I saw you, the clouds tore apart,
That was a signal, for my life to Start....

It was never the same, my life to say,
There was a purpose now, for me to stay..
A new smile, a new day, all for you,
I was like a reborn, from the ashes blue....

She was the one, who smiled with me,
We had a time, which was not meant to be..
Dreams were bright, and the stars awake,
All my days and nights, were for your sake....

My heart was kindle, with the fire again,
The warmth came back, away was the pain..
To tell you this, my heart craved a lot,
But then it falled back, as my mind fought....

All said and done, eager for a reply,
I stood in a corner, as the time flew by..
Tears rolled down, but still you were fine,
I just wondered, they were yours or mine....

Silent as a night breeze, you came to me,
Taking my hand in yours, my soul set free..
But then it fell down, having lost its wing,
This was the first time, I had seen the ring....

I was broken, but I just smiled,
That was the first time, my face had lied..
I wished you good luck, you just left,
But I was standstill, till my legs too wept....

Now I see it all, from the heaven's door,
In every little lover, my spirit roars..
So next time when you see, a person in love,
There I will be, flying in form of dove....

पक्षी उडतो मन मोकळे

पक्षी उडतो मन मोकळे

सुर्या नभात मवालताना,

काळोक मनात साचताना,

हळूच डुलकी घेती डोळे,

पक्षी उडतो मन मोकळे...

स्वर्ग की नर्क, विचार येतो

पुण्य पाप दोन्ही आठवतो,

अश्यावेळी स्वर्गहि नको,

जीवन थोडे अजुन जगतो....

पैसा गर्व आयुष्यभर जपला,

बाहेर सुद्रुढ आतुन पोकला,

आता पैसा कुठे तो नेऊ,

सांगा आयुष्य विकत कसे गेऊ...

कै. लागल्यावर सगळेच रडतील,

चांगला माणूस, खोटेही म्हणतील.

सारे संपले कधी, ते न कळे,

पक्षी उडतो मन मोकळे...
